October 5 Workshop

A los participantes en el taller comunitario del 5 de Octubre del 2006, se les pidió que identificaran problemáticas que la ciudad tiene en el presente, cuales son sus recursos y oportunidades, y cual es su visión para su ciudad.

Los participantes compartieron sus ideas en una discusión que involucro a todo el grupo en conjunto y también en pequeños grupos. Los residentes tuvieron la oportunidad de participar en este foro abierto y expresar sus deseos y preocupaciones abiertamente. Presione aquí para leer que temas fueron discutidos en la reunión.

Las opiniones obtenidas en esta reunión serán integradas, junto con las opiniones obtenidas en otras reuniones y cuestionarios, dentro del Borrador del Sumario de Opiniones Publicas y eventualmente ayudara a formar el Marco de Visiones para el Plan General

Participants at the October 5, 2006 workshop were asked to identify the issues that the city faces today, the community’s assets and opportunities, and their vision for the future.

Attendees shared their thoughts in large group sessions as well as in smaller breakout groups. The open forum gave residents an opportunity to express their wishes and concerns. Click here to read what was discussed at the meeting.

The input that was gathered at this meeting will be integrated, along with input from other community events and surveys, into the Draft Public Input Summary and will eventually help form the Vision Framework for the General Plan.
