This matrix summarizes City staff responses to key public comments on the Public Draft General Plan document. The Public Draft was released for community input on July 15, 2009. The comment period ended on October 2, 2009. The community provided comments via letters and emails to City staff. The community also provided comments at two Planning Commission meetings. The first Planning Commission meeting was held on August 6, 2009 and the second meeting on October 1, 2009. The revised Plan will be available for public review and comment in early December 2009. Planning Commission and City Council study session will be held on December 9 and December 15, respectively. |
