The Planning Process

Successful planning for the City of Richmond means asking challenging questions and gathering thoughtful answers. As we begin to revise the General Plan, many questions arise:
- How can we strengthen and sustain our communities?
- How can we enhance our neighborhoods?
- How can we preserve the environment?
- How can we create economic opportunity?
- How can we expand educational and cultural horizons?
- How can we promote health and safety?
- How can we connect our neighborhoods and our city?
