Final Draft General Plan and FEIR Released for Public Review (August 2011)

The Final Draft of the General Plan and accompanying Final Environmental Impact Report (FEIR) were released for public review on August 15, 2011 and are available for download by following the links below. Hardcopies of the Draft General Plan and DEIR are available for reference at the Planning and Building Services Department and each branch of the Richmond Public Library. You can also purchase a CD of the Final Draft General Plan and FEIR for $5.00 at the Planning and Building Services Department counter. Due to the expenses involved, hardcopies of these documents will not be available for purchase.
